• Access to Pre-cert Numbers
  The Floyd Information Technology department
  is working diligently to resolve the issue of accessing the pre-cert numbers for billing.

  Until a solution is found, you may use Physician Portal to find the pre-cert number. 

  Follow the steps below to view pre-cert numbers in Physician Portal.

  1. Log on to Physician Portal
  2. Go to Visit Info. tab
  3. Select Face Sheet
