Family and friends can help brighten your day and be therapeutic to your recovery. Visitors are encouraged to visit patients at Floyd Medical Center during designated visitation hours.

We recommend limiting visits to assure the patient receives
the adequate rest needed to recover. It is with this in mind that we recommend no more than two visitors assemble at one time and visits be limited to 30 minutes.

Any visitor who shows signs of illness should not visit the hospital. Children under 12 may not visit except under special circumstances and should be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Clergy members may visit any time if it does not compromise patient care.
